**CANCELLATION**

Once your order is placed, you may not cancel it for we send all orders to production almost immediately after it has been purchased. So, PLEASE be sure this is exactly what you want before clicking "checkout."

**NO REFUNDS**

We work very hard to make sure you have the best quality products. We always check our items to make sure there are no misspellings, damages, stains, etc. before they leave our workshop.
Due to the custom nature of all products, all sales are final.

We ship via USPS or FedEx. Generally, once your item ships, it takes 3-5+ business days to receive.

***PRODUCTION TIME***

We work very hard every single day and try to stay ahead of the game to keep our orders caught up. If by chance, something happens, and we are behind, you will receive an email stating the status of your order and when you can expect it. Usually, all items are created within two weeks! All items are handmade/handpainted.

Your order will be processed within this time and then shipped, allow 3-5+ days for the shipping AFTER your order has been processed & Created.
